Lionbridge Expands Sales Leadership Team with the Addition of Kathleen Bostick as Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Waltham, Mass. — December 7, 2004 — Lionbridge (Nasdaq: LIOX), a leading provider of globalization and testing services, today announced that Kathleen Bostick has joined the Company as Vice President, Strategic Accounts. Reporting directly to Paula Shannon, Lionbridge's Chief Sales Officer, Bostick will spearhead Lionbridge's new strategic account development and work closely with Lionbridge's global customers to develop language management and multilingual workflow solutions.
With more than 10 years' experience in the multilingual services and systems integration fields, Bostick comes to Lionbridge with a successful track record. In her previous position as Vice President of North American Sales for SDL International, a Lionbridge competitor, she was part of the team that drove global revenues to over $100 million. Bostick was also instrumental in increasing sales and developing new accounts in vertical markets, such as learning, support, automotive, life sciences, eTail/consumer and government.

In her role at SDL, Bostick's responsibilities included organizing, developing and managing the sales organization to address major account selling, building appropriate sales channels, managing pre and post sales, driving top-line revenues and coordinating all sales efforts. She also acted as a key strategist in SDL's merger and acquisition activities and successfully integrated sales personnel into the North American sales team.

Prior to SDL, Bostick served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for International Language Engineering. Before her work in the multilingual content and software localization fields, she enjoyed a nine-year career in the railway industry, rising to Managing Director for a $300M business unit of Southern Pacific Transportation.
