WALTHAM, Mass. - April 30, 2002 - Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIOX), a provider of solutions for worldwide deployment of technology and content, today announced that it has expanded its relationship with Novell, the leading provider of Net business solutions, and has been named the Company's key localization and testing provider for 2002. With the agreement, Lionbridge will provide integrated localization and comprehensive testing solutions for Novell's product and education materials including ZENworks®, NetWare®, and eDirectory™, for all the language markets Novell serves.
In addition to content localization, VeriTest, the testing division of Lionbridge, will deliver functional testing services across a number of hardware and operating systems platforms to ensure product interoperability and reliability. Novell recently recognized the strong performance of the Lionbridge team by selecting VeriTest as the "Novell Authorized Testing Center (NATC) of the Year" for the second successive year.

Their strong competencies of global project management and linguistic quality are managed from the Lionbridge Dublin, Ireland office.
