Microsoft Awards New Software Testing Program to VeriTest
VeriTest To Validate and Test Applications for Integration with Microsoft Business Solutions Platforms
Waltham, Mass. — February 7, 2005 — Lionbridge (Nasdaq: LIOX) today announced that Microsoft has chosen its VeriTest testing division for Microsoft's new Microsoft Business Solutions ISV Software Testing program. The program will target independent software vendors (ISVs) that develop applications on Microsoft's Business Solution Platforms which include: Microsoft Business Solutions—Axapta®, Microsoft Business Solutions—CRM®, Microsoft Business Solutions—Navision®, Microsoft Business Solutions—Solomon® and Microsoft Business Solutions—Great Plains®.

VeriTest and Microsoft Business Solutions worked together to develop the new qualification program, which includes testing for software products that integrate and/or interoperate with the Microsoft Business Solutions' product lines. The qualification program will help ISVs increase their status in the Microsoft Partner Program, and may help them qualify for Microsoft Business Solutions-specific partner benefits.
