VeriTest Awarded New Microsoft Axapta Software Validation Program

VeriTest to Perform Technical Validation for ISVs Participating in the Newly-Launched Microsoft Axapta Industry Builder Initiative

Waltham, Mass - September 22, 2005 - Lionbridge (Nasdaq: LIOX) today announced that its VeriTest testing division has been chosen by Microsoft® to provide the quality review and software validation testing for its Microsoft Business Solutions - Axapta® Industry Builder initiative.

Primary objectives of the Microsoft Industry Builder initiative are to foster independent software vendor (ISV) development of enterprise-grade, industry-specific solutions built on the platform that Microsoft Axapta provides. VeriTest will deliver end-to-end testing and quality review of all third-party applications enrolled in the program.
