Compliance Testing at Your Site

VeriTest can send a test engineer to your site to test the Knowledge (or Integration) Module for BMC Software Certified MarketZone Product compliance. The test normally takes one day. You may have several KMs and IMs certified at the same time, which could save you considerable time and money.

Issues uncovered during the test are discussed with your technicians to give maximum opportunity for a PASS rating. These issues are then summarized in a formal report, which is typically delivered within three business days of test completion.

Base price for standard Knowledge Module or Integration Module for on-site testing is $3,000/day, with a one day minimum charge.  Add travel expenses for VeriTest engineer.  Additional days in half day increments of $1,500 to test complex KM/IMs or multiple products in the same visit.

Testing at a VeriTest Lab

Some types of Knowledge and Integration Modules can be tested at a VeriTest lab. If you elect to send your product to VeriTest, you have four options to choose from:

1. Pre-installed Server with Technical Support
   You can send a technician, a server, and the product pre-installed on the server to the VeriTest site. This is the preferred option for quick turnaround and problem-free testing.

2. Technical Support on VeriTest Site
   You can send a technician to the VeriTest site to install and configure the product on our servers before testing. You should plan on a minimum installation of a half day before the two-day test. Your technician will be at VeriTest for two days to discuss any problems that arise during the course of the test.

3. Pre-installed Server with remote technical support
   You can send a server with the product pre-installed, and provide access to technical support during business hours on testing days.

4. Remote technical support
   You can send just the product for installation on a VeriTest server. VeriTest installs and configures the product. You provide access to technical support during business hours on testing days.

Base price for Standard Knowledge module or Integration Module is $1,800/day rate, with a half-day minimum charge, plus your technician's travel expenses and cost of hardware return.  Additional days in half-day increments of $900.

Evaluations of upgrade log files at a VeriTest Lab

Log files to be provided by you.  $880/day charged on an hourly basis, minimum charge of $220.

Pre-Payment

Prior to the scheduled test date, we require full pre-payment of the test fee, as well as a Purchase Order for an additional $2,000 to cover travel-related costs if our technician is travelling to your site.

Payment can be made in three ways:

• Company check, made payable to Lionbridge Technologies, Inc.

Retesting

In the event that a Knowledge or Integration Module fails and a retest can be performed in a reasonable timeframe, a $500 reduction in the base price of the test may apply at VeriTest's discretion. This would only apply for Knowledge or Integration Modules installed on Applicant hardware.

Languages

Each product must be tested in its primary language. Each additional Language Group constitutes a new test.
