Windows Server 2008 Pre-Certification Test
Each new Certified for Windows Server 2003 product test qualifies for two days of free pre-certification testing on current build of Windows Server 2008.
- May be used for the same version of the product we test on Windows Server 2003, or may be used for a newer version of the same product.
- Must submit Windows Server 2008 build of product for the free pre-certification test within 12 months of passing the Certified for Windows Server 2003 test.
- Additional pre-certification testing beyond the initial two free days at $1,500 per day (normally $1,850 per day).
Re-Tests
$1,850 per day. The number of days depends on the number and severity of fail issues and complexity of application.

- Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition The Windows Server Logo Program now offers ISVs an additional way to differentiate their software applications in the marketplace. Effective immediately, server applications can be Certified for Windows on Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition. In addition to the benefits that are received for attaining logo certification at the Standard level, products that pass this test are listed in a new x64 specific portion of Microsoft’s Windows Server Catalog of Tested Products. The catalog is designed to be the complete reference for products that have been tested for Windows Server compatibility.
- Windows 2000 Server The Windows Server Marketing Group retired the Certified for Windows 2000 Server logo from the Microsoft Windows Logo License Agreement (for software application for servers) on Dec. 31, 2006. Learn More
