Microsoft Platform Test for ISV Solutions at VeriTest
Once Your Product Passes...
Once your product passes at least two components of the Microsoft "Platform Test for ISV Solutions," there are some important steps for you to take. Please read this page carefully.
Having a product pass testing for the “Platform Test for ISV Solutions” program means two things:

Your company has met the Certification Requirement for joining the ISV / Software Solution Competency of the Microsoft Partner Program.
In addition to passing this test, you need to submit three (3) customer references to Microsoft to meet the Customer Reference Requirement for the ISV / Software Solution Competency. Microsoft's "Earning a Competency Guide" explains how to complete customer reference profiles.
By joining the competency, you earn enough Microsoft Partner Points to increase your status in the Microsoft Partner Program to Microsoft Certified Partner. Additionally, your company earns 10 Microsoft Partner Points for each component of the Microsoft Platform Test that your product successfully passed.
To redeem your Microsoft Partner Points, register your product under your partner profile on the Microsoft Partner website using the Company Name, Product Name and Product-ID exactly as they appear in the Pass Notification Email you received from us.
Please note that all fields must match the information in the Pass Notification Email. The Product-ID should be valid at the Microsoft site within three (3) working days after you receive the Pass Notification Email.

Your product will now be listed in the new Windows Server Catalog of Tested Products. This is Microsoft's online source for customers and partners to find hardware and software that is compatible with the Windows Server 2003 family. The catalog lists all products that have been tested as Certified or Supporting for Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000 Server and is seen by Windows Server customers worldwide.
Your product’s listing in the Windows Server Catalog will only contain your company name, product name, and logo status. Questions regarding the Windows Server Catalog can be sent to wscat@microsoft.com.
NOTE: Over the next few months Microsoft will be releasing a new product listing wizard. The product listing wizard will allow you to enter and update marketing information for your products. Marketing data that was previously entered on the Winqual site will be added to the new catalog within the next few months and be available for updates using the listing wizard tool.
Publicity Guidelines
If you publicize your completion of this test (via press release, web site content or other marketing material), and you refer to the testing conducted by VeriTest, you must limit the VeriTest reference to the following statement: "Testing was conducted independently by VeriTest, a testing service of Lionbridge Technologies."
