Certified for Microsoft Dynamics®
Customer Evidences

The purpose of customer evidences is to grow trust in your solution among customer prospects, showing that your solution has already been used and recommended by others.

CfMD Requirement: Your solution needs to have 10 customer evidences for ERP and 8 for CRM solutions to fulfill the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) requirements. The 10 ERP CfMD evidences need to come from at least 6 unique customers (i.e. 6 different installations, with references provided by 6 different people). The 8 CRM evidences need to come from at least 4 unique customers (i.e. 4 different installations with references coming from 4 different people). You have several choices to fulfill this requirement (see table below). You can get more than one evidence from the same customer if you use different evidence types, as long as they come from the minimum number of installations. For example, you can get a Public Microsoft Reference and a Confidential Reference from the same customer. Or you can get a Confidential Reference and a Case Study from the same customer. Fewer than the required valid customer evidences mean that the solution cannot pass the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics validation.

Submission: Please submit the customer evidences to VeriTest (msdynamics@veritest.com), Microsoft's independent third-party vendor for validation on the Validation Checklist, including the types of evidences your customers belong to (see table below). The customer evidences will only be accepted for the CfMD process, once customers have replied back to the VeriTest validation team. You can speed up your certification process by asking verbal permission from your customers prior to submission and following up with them to make sure they have replied to the validation e-mails.
