Time Investment & Costs

The average completion time has been 37 days for the certification process. Fast turnaround times are possible when you engage firmly with our validation team and if you pre-empt the Customer Evidence validation and your qualification against all of the program requirements.

• Base Fee: $3,500 for Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL
• Base Fee: $2,800 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Phases of the Certification Process

   1. Pass the Software Solution Test for Microsoft Dynamics  
   2. Have 10 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Evidences
   3. Become Gold Certified in the Microsoft Partner Program
   4. Sure Step customer engagement methodology - for partners who register and pay for CfMD after July 1, 2010. Those who are already in the pipeline (i.e. registered and paid by June 30) can finish CfMD without the Sure Step requirement by September 30, 2010.
      
4. Validating the Requirements
   
   Once you have completed the requirements above and created a page for your solution in the Solution Profiler of the Microsoft Partner Network based on the CfMD criteria, you are ready to submit them on the Validation Checklist (.xls) to VeriTest. VeriTest will validate each item.
   
5. Awarding Certification
   
   Once VeriTest has confirmed that your solution has met all the requirements, you will be notified by an e-mail and have access to your benefits.

Expiration

The Certified for Microsoft Dynamics accreditation never expires. However, in order to provide the latest technology for your customers, we encourage you to test your solution on the newest versions of the Microsoft Dynamics products as soon as they become available.
