With over 16 years of experience in the language services industry, Eva manages language operations in several global locations including the United States, Canada, and Costa Rica. She focuses on leveraging linguistic expertise and scales it to drive efficient, customer-focused teams.
Eva began her linguistic career in Madrid, Spain and moved to the U.S. in 1996, where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics and Translation from the international program at Kent State University.
She has experience in localization process, language quality assurance, project management, and cross-site and multicultural management of language operations. She holds a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt and has worked within the ISO framework for the past 5 years.
Eva is process- and quality-oriented. She has been at Lionbridge for over 10 years and enjoys working on quality risk assessments and improvement plans that provide our customers increased language quality for global success.
