Eliminates language barriers across voice chat, video, and text to provide a unified customer experience across channels

With GeoFluent, Kemper is able to eliminate customer language barriers across all channels by providing contact centre agents with real-time translation via voice, virtual, and agent-assisted multilingual chat, email, mobile, social, SMS, and more.

Within the first month of implementing GeoFluent, Kemper engaged with customers in 44 different languages including Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Armenian, and Cantonese. As a result, Kemper is delivering high quality, consistent customer engagement across languages and channels without having to hire native speakers or build new in-country contact centres.
