Lionbridge Announces GeoFluent® on the Salesforce AppExchange, the World's Leading Enterprise Apps Marketplace

WALTHAM, Mass. – Jan. 16, 2017Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has launched GeoFluent on the Salesforce AppExchange, empowering businesses to connect with their customers, partners and employees in entirely new ways. The new app integration brings GeoFluent's real-time translation solution to Salesforce Service Cloud, allowing Live Agent customers to improve global customer experience (CX) and reduce costs by adding multilingual capabilities to their existing applications without hiring bilingual agents. GeoFluent will allow agents to communicate in real-time with customers in over 100 languages.

Consumer preferences are driving increases in digital channel usage while globalization and diversification are driving multilingual interactions. Research from Lionbridge and the International Customer Management Institute shows that the majority of contact centers expect the volume of non-primary language interactions to increase over the next three years.

The GeoFluent integration makes it easy to support multilingual chat by:

  • Adding language capabilities to existing Live Agent applications without hiring bilingual agents
