Lionbridge Releases Oracle Connector for Streamlined Content and Translation Management

New content management system connector from Lionbridge integrates with Oracle WebCenter sites for improved multilingual content management

WALTHAM, Massachusetts – March 31, 2015Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIOX) today announced a new content management system (CMS) connector for Oracle WebCenter Sites, which will enable current OWCS customers to easily manage multilingual content from their existing platform.

This new offering, which is powered by Clay Tablet, offers the broadest feature set in the market and uses a cloud-based connectivity platform. The open platform allows integration with any translation provider or technology, accelerating the flow of content between the content owner and translation partner with minimal effort, while enabling the user to maintain oversight of every step in the process.

By integrating with Oracle WebCenter Sites, the Lionbridge connector leverages Oracle’s existing experience and excellence in web content management and expands upon them to support multilingual content. Additionally, Oracle users can utilise the Lionbridge connector via a platform they are already comfortable and familiar with, thus eliminating the need to train employees on a new system and ensuring ease of use and quicker user adoption.
