John Fennelly is the President and CEO of Lionbridge and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Lionbridge in July of 2017 bringing more than 30 years of industry leadership experience.
Most recently, John was the Chief Executive Officer of HireRight, a $400 million HR technology services company, where he drove revenue and earnings growth and gained a reputation as an exceptional leader focused on customers, people and culture. Prior to HireRight, John held executive leadership positions at several large services organizations including Thomson-Reuters and Sungard.
As Chief Financial Officer, Clemente Cohen leads the Lionbridge global finance organization and is responsible for the worldwide accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management and financial control activities of the company.
Most recently, Clemente was the Chief Financial Officer of a leading network performance monitoring and analytics company, where he was responsible for a broad range of functions across 10 countries. At other organizations, he served as an Operating Advisor supporting several portfolio companies, a Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development, and Chief Financial Officer for various businesses and regions, including EMEA, APJ, and Latin America.
Ann Lazarus-Barnes is responsible for leading the human capital programs and processes that support Lionbridge’s organization and strategic goals.
Prior to Lionbridge, Ann was the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at a technology education company, where she and her client groups worked to increase employee engagement and lead key acquisitions. In previous roles, Ann led talent strategy, performance management, employee/labor relations, and organizational diversity across several industries, including financial services and retail.
Ann is recognized by the National Retail Federation with the Silver Award for the most significant contribution to the retail industry. She also received Employer of Choice by Executive Female, Diversity, Inc., and the National Retail Federation. Additionally, Ann was recognized in 2012 as Ohio’s Glass Ceiling recipient for her work in the advancement of women. She holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Soviet Studies from Trinity College.
As Chief Operating Officer, Rich Tobin is responsible for operations of the Global Language & Translation division.
In his previous role at an integrated global brand agency, Rich was responsible for establishing and growing the company’s global operations in North America, South America, and Asia, managing more than 2,500 employees and the delivery of approximately $500 million in revenue across all lines of the business. Earlier in his career, Rich held leadership positions in operations, project management, and international finance.
As Chief Technology Officer, Ken Watson is responsible for Lionbridge’s Product Engineering and Technology Operations.
Ken joined Lionbridge with over 20 years of global technology experience, most recently as the Chief Technology Officer for a market-leading fintech PE-backed company. Ken’s previous accomplishments include cofounding a fintech company purchased by Toronto Stock Exchange in 2012. He previously served in Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance roles, bringing innovative products to market. An 11-year Microsoft veteran, Ken led engineering teams in the Developer Tools division and delivered growth in EMEA, UK, and Australian consulting businesses.
Ken earned his B. Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
Frank Sannella is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction for Lionbridge’s US-based customers. His team owns customer experience and onboarding and partner with the company’s global operations teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
Frank has 25 years of experience in global financial services management, P&L management, product development, and data and research output. He has spent his career integrating, building, and launching new products based on the evolution of markets and technology, working closely with end-users and in coordination with broader internal strategies. In refocusing businesses, he has achieved growth and success by increasing market share through profiling, product restructuring, and M&A complements.
Frank studied at Bryant University, where he received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance.
Peggy Shukur is responsible for all aspects of Lionbridge’s worldwide legal affairs, managing its legal department in addition to serving as Secretary to the company’s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Lionbridge in 2000 as the company’s first General Counsel, Peggy served as Senior Securities Counsel for a $500 million NYSE company, through its acquisition by Corning in 2000, and as Senior Attorney for a major computer systems vendor, through its acquisition by Compaq in 1998. She was previously an associate at a Boston commercial law firm of approximately 400 attorneys.
Peggy earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors at the University of Wisconsin, and graduated from Boston College Law School cum laude.
Camilla de Villiers is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction for Lionbridge’s APAC-based customers. Her team owns customer experience and onboarding and partner with the company’s global operations teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
Camilla brings more than 15 years of experience in managing business and activities across the Asia Pacific region, most recently as the Managing Director- Asia Pacific for HireRight, a leading provider of global background checks and employment verification services.
Prior to HireRight, Camilla held several roles at Thomson Reuters, managing the Asia-Pacific region.
Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Weber works across the company to align efforts in global sales, business development, and customer satisfaction.
Jim brought to Lionbridge more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer of a leader in the HCM field, where he oversaw the sales, account management, marketing, and implementation teams. Jim previously held senior sales positions in the financial sector.
Jim has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Cleveland State University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s College.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jaime Punishill is responsible for leading global product development and marketing efforts including brand, content, demand generation, digital, and product marketing.
Jaime is a recognized leader in brand strategy, innovation, and digital experiences, having most recently served as the Head of Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing at a top financial services company and led the relaunch of its brand. His previous positions at other financial services organizations include Global Head of Content and Digital Distribution, in which he designed and built a suite of products and services powering more than 1,000 financial firms, media partners’ portals, and apps.
Jaime earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from Stanford.
