Osofsky manages a $120MM P&L which includes all of the company’s rapidly growing SaaS and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) businesses. Osofsky has more than 20 years of experience developing high growth products and high performance product management, development, marketing and sales teams to execute.
Since joining Lionbridge, Osofsky has built new solutions from the ground up and reconfigured existing capabilities to accelerate organic growth rates. Osofsky conceived and launched Lionbridge onDemand as a new offering that is now one of the fastest growing BPaaS businesses in the industry with over 7,000 users. He relaunched GeoFluent as the first omnichannel/omnilingual SaaS solution in the market and is achieving rapid growth. Lastly, a re-configuration of capabilities has led to the launch of Global Services for Machine Intelligence to dramatic revenue gains within the first year.
Prior to Lionbridge, Osofsky led business development, marketing and product management for three venture capital backed companies from early stage to acquisition.
At Frictionless Commerce, Osofsky led the strategy, product roadmap and go to market for the strategic sourcing software company from first release to acquisition by SAP at a 5X revenue multiple.
At OATSystems, Osofsky focused the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology into the consumer goods supply chain which led to an acquisition by Checkpoint Systems at a 10X revenue multiple.
At Optaros, Osofsky led the application of open source software into new models of ecommerce that grew the company from $10MM to $40MM in two years.
Osofsky began his career as a consultant at McKinsey. He earned his M.B.A. at MIT Sloan and AB from Brown University.
