Chief Executive Officer
John Fennelly is the CEO of Lionbridge, the pioneer and leader in translation, localization, and data training services. As CEO, he is leading our 6,000 employees in over 50 countries. Since joining Lionbridge, John has led a major transformation of the company and returned it to growth.
Prior to joining Lionbridge, John was the CEO of HireRight, a leader in the HCM technology space. There, he engineered a major turnaround effort that resulted in record revenue and earnings growth and led to a successful sale of the company. He has also held executive leadership positions at a number of information services companies, including Thomson Reuters and Sungard.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Clemente Cohen leads the Lionbridge global finance organization and is responsible for the worldwide accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and financial control activities of the company.
Most recently, Clemente was the Chief Financial Officer of a leading network performance monitoring and analytics company, where he was responsible for a broad range of functions across 10 countries. At other organizations, he served as an Operating Advisor supporting several portfolio companies, a Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development, and Chief Financial Officer for various businesses and regions, including EMEA, APJ, and Latin America.
Clemente holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Munich.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Ann Lazarus-Barnes is responsible for leading the human capital programs and processes that support Lionbridge’s organization and strategic goals.
Prior to Lionbridge, Ann was the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at a technology education company, where she and her client groups worked to increase employee engagement and lead key acquisitions. In previous roles, Ann led talent strategy, performance management, employee/labor relations, and organizational diversity across several industries, including financial services and retail.
Ann is recognized by the National Retail Federation with the Silver Award for the most significant contribution to the retail industry. She also received Employer of Choice by Executive Female, Diversity, Inc., and the National Retail Federation. Additionally, Ann was recognized in 2012 as Ohio’s Glass Ceiling recipient for her work in the advancement of women. She holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Soviet Studies from Trinity College.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Rich Tobin is responsible for operations of the Global Language & Translation division.
In his previous role at an integrated global brand agency, Rich was responsible for establishing and growing the company’s global operations in North America, South America, and Asia, managing more than 2,500 employees and the delivery of approximately $500 million in revenue across all lines of the business. Earlier in his career, Rich held leadership positions in operations, project management, and international finance.
Rich attended Nichols College and holds an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Ken Watson is responsible for Lionbridge’s Product Engineering and Technology Operations.
Ken joined Lionbridge with over 20 years of global technology experience, most recently as the Chief Technology Officer for a market-leading fintech PE-backed company. Ken’s previous accomplishments include cofounding a fintech company purchased by Toronto Stock Exchange in 2012. He previously served in Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance roles, bringing innovative products to market. An 11-year Microsoft veteran, Ken led engineering teams in the Developer Tools division and delivered growth in EMEA, UK, and Australian consulting businesses.
Ken earned his B. Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
Managing Director, EMEA
Peter Schramme is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction for Lionbridge’s EMEA-based customers. His team owns customer experience and onboarding and partners with the company’s global operations teams to ensure delivery and customer success.
Peter brings an innovative spirit to the Lionbridge family. He began his career as a research and development engineer in electronics and digital imaging at Agfa-Gevaert N.V. Since then, he has held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of an investment and wealth management software business, Head of Wealth Management EMEA at Thomson Reuters, and most recently, Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer of UK and international business at ObjectWay, a financial software company.
Peter holds engineering degrees from the University of Antwerp and the University of Leuven, as well as an Executive MBA from University of Antwerp Management School.
Camilla de Villiers
Managing Director, APAC
Camilla de Villiers is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction for Lionbridge’s APAC-based customers. Her team owns customer experience and onboarding and partners with the company’s global operations teams to ensure delivery and customer success.
Camilla brings more than 15 years of experience in managing business and activities across the APAC region, most recently as the Managing Director – Asia Pacific for HireRight, a leading provider of global background checks and employment verification services.
Prior to HireRight, Camilla held several roles at Thomson Reuters, managing the APAC region.
Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Weber works across the company to align efforts in global sales, business development, and customer satisfaction.
Jim brought to Lionbridge more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer of a leader in the HCM field, where he oversaw the sales, account management, marketing, and implementation teams. Jim previously held senior sales positions in the financial sector.
Jim has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Cleveland State University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s College.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jaime Punishill is responsible for leading global product development and marketing efforts including brand, content, demand generation, digital, and product marketing.
Jaime is a recognized leader in brand strategy, innovation, and digital experiences, having most recently served as the Head of Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing at a top financial services company and led the relaunch of its brand. His previous positions at other financial services organizations include Global Head of Content and Digital Distribution, in which he designed and built a suite of products and services powering more than 1,000 financial firms, media partners’ portals, and apps.
Jaime earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from Stanford.
