As Managing Director of Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI), Susan Gryder has built a world-class global delivery team that provides comprehensive interpretation services to governments and corporations in more than 350 languages. In this role, Susan ensures that healthcare providers, agencies, and enterprises communicate seamlessly with their global communities.

Susan’s executive vision is backed by nearly four decades of industry experience. Before stepping into her current role, she served as Vice President of OPI Sales, leading teams in the design of language solutions for complex environments. A seasoned strategist, she has managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio of federal, state, and local government contracts, specializing in capture management for large-scale public sector opportunities. At the helm of Lionbridge’s OPI division, Susan continues to drive innovation and excellence, bridging communication gaps for a more connected world.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Susan earned her B.S. from the School of Languages and Linguistics.
