Spritz Cookies

Use this cooking conversion tool to help you convert to the unit of your choice.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and salt and mix until blended. Press through Spritz machine and bake on an cookie sheet at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
