Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten Free)

Use this cooking conversion tool to help you convert to the unit of your choice.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll cookie mix into small 1x1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Gently flatten cookies with a fork.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
