Ingredients:

  • Ripe Sitaphal (custard apple) – 3 to 4 medium (de-seeded pulp, about 1 cup’s worth)
  • Fresh cream – 1 cup
  • Chilled milk – ½ cup
  • Condensed milk – ½ cup
  • Sugar – optional
  • Chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions:

  • Prepare the sitaphal pulp: Break open the sitaphal and scoop out the pulp. Remove all black seeds carefully and keep pulp aside.
  • Make cream base: In a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, chilled milk, and condensed milk or sugar. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Mix in fruit: Gently fold in ¾ of sitaphal pulp into cream mixture. Set aside some pulp for topping.
  • Chill: Refrigerate mixture for at least 1–2 hours so flavors blend. Serve chilled.
  • Serve: Pour into serving bowls. Garnish with the remaining sitaphal pulp and chopped nuts.
