Sitaphal Cream (Custard Apple Cream)

Ingredients:
- Ripe Sitaphal (custard apple) – 3 to 4 medium (de-seeded pulp, about 1 cup’s worth)
- Fresh cream – 1 cup
- Chilled milk – ½ cup
- Condensed milk – ½ cup
- Sugar – optional
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the sitaphal pulp: Break open the sitaphal and scoop out the pulp. Remove all black seeds carefully and keep pulp aside.
- Make cream base: In a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, chilled milk, and condensed milk or sugar. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness.
- Mix in fruit: Gently fold in ¾ of sitaphal pulp into cream mixture. Set aside some pulp for topping.
- Chill: Refrigerate mixture for at least 1–2 hours so flavors blend. Serve chilled.
- Serve: Pour into serving bowls. Garnish with the remaining sitaphal pulp and chopped nuts.
