We help:
Patients, caregivers, and families receive better medical care and knowledge with language services for healthcare
Constituents and clients gain equal access to government language services
Drug and medical device companies help improve health outcomes for patients worldwide with life sciences language services
Brands reach more customers and stay competitive, no matter where they’re located, with content services
Companies create and train AI models that are free from harmful bias via a comprehensive suite of AI data services
Here are some of the ways our team will be helping deliver language and AI solutions to work towards equality and justice for people worldwide in 2026:
“We use multilingual profiles on Glassdoor and Indeed to represent Lionbridge in a way that feels engaging to potential job candidates around the world. They can see their home country office and work culture and concerns represented more accurately.”
— Stephanie A., Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Guanacaste, Costa Rica)
“This year, we are delivering unbiased talent development, equal growth opportunities, and supportive career retention initiatives and development programs to help women keep their seats at the table, advance equality, and foster a more just and equitable working environment for all. The statement ‘keep their seat at the table’ reflects the meaningful conversation across Chinese social media in 2025 about women staying in their careers and holding their place in the professional world. It reminds us that every woman’s viewpoint brings unique value to our organization. We encourage women to own their space, share their insights, and drive innovation. Staying at the table is how we create a lasting, positive impact for our team and our global business.”
— Lynn L., PM Senior Team Leader (Jinan, China)
“We work closely with our customers to understand the target audience and intended purpose of the content being localized. Understanding this allows us to deliver the most effective balance of AI power with human wisdom. Together with our vast network of native in-country Life Sciences linguists and our in-house subject matter experts, we can ensure all content is translated using inclusive language which resonates with the target audience. This drives stronger overall engagement and directly helps our customers deliver on their outcomes to get medicines to market faster and make them more accessible to those who need them most.”
— Leah D., Enterprise Sales Director, Life Sciences (London, UK)
“Women are reshaping the future of technology, and I’m proud to be part of that momentum. With AI, we’re not just localizing language. We’re reinventing the entire multimedia experience, images, audio, and everything in between. As global communication becomes more visual, immersive, and interconnected, our work matters more than ever.”
— Isis S., Account Manager, (Chicago, IL, USA)
“In COA, language shapes how patients understand, engage, and share their experiences. By combining responsible AI with deep Life Sciences and linguistic expertise, we help our customers make patient-reported outcomes truly accessible. We work closely with each customer to understand the population, context, and purpose behind every instrument and every study—so the language feels clear, inclusive, and human, enabling meaningful participation across languages, cultures, and regions.”
— Beatrice T., Life Sciences Account Executive (London, UK)
“This year, I’ll help Lionbridge empower patients everywhere, no matter what language they speak, to advocate for themselves and access the best healthcare possible. Every day, I see the impact of the services we offer -- whether it’s a better understanding of health benefits, having an ASL interpreter join in conversations with a provider, or offering language support for a rare or underserved language. I’m proud to see the real-world outcomes from providing language access to all communities.”
— Belinda H., Healthcare Sales Director (Portland, Oregon, USA)
"As a woman leading test teams at Lionbridge, I work to ensure our teams reflect the diversity of the players who love video games. I’m committed to creating spaces where quality and inclusion reinforce each other, helping push the gaming industry toward greater equality"
— Luisa R., Lionbridge Games Test Manager (Mexico City, Mexico)
“Lionbridge Community Management reaches out to linguists all around the world, including those who speak rare languages which may not be well known. Those minority linguists are engaged in projects relevant to their communities’ health and growth, and they stay on top of what's happening in the world. We help these linguists introduce rare languages and keep them used and spoken.”
— Winnie H., Community Management and Language Services, Asian Operations, (Taipei, Taiwan)
“Lionbridge Games delivers QA, localization, audio, and player experience services with a commitment to equity and authentic representation. Our global teams, shaped by our wolfpack of diverse perspectives, ensure the games we support resonate with players everywhere. Inclusive production isn’t optional — it’s embedded in how we test, how we localize, and how we collaborate. We help studios create experiences that reflect the richness of the global gaming community. As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we honor the voices that drive our work forward from every team member across our global org. The gaming industry thrives on creativity, accessibility, and community, and our work supports those values by helping publishers and developers reach players in the most meaningful, culturally aware ways.”
— Amy N., VP of Sales, Games (Seattle, WA, USA)
