Caroline O’Connell

Caroline O’Connell oversees Lionbridge’s EMEA business. She is responsible for leading our diverse European teams to optimize growth, delivery, and customer success across the region.

Caroline is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and competitive market expansion. She joined Lionbridge over 20 years ago after beginning her localization career at Microsoft and has since held a range of key roles across the operations and go-to-market functions. Recognized for her leadership and relationship-building skills, Caroline has shown an exceptional ability to galvanize teams around delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Trinity College. She resides in Dublin and is on the board of the CLAY Youth Project, a Dublin-based organization that serves to enhance life skills and opportunities for young people in the area.
