Meet Tony Stoupas

Lionbridge Chief Technology Officer, Tony Stoupas

On November 18th, 2019 Tony stepped up as Lionbridge’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing a breadth of over 30 years of technology strategy experience and expertise. As a passionate leader and innovator, he strives to create a connected, collaborative work environment. You can find him in our Waltham office dashing between meetings to catch up with his team members on their latest ideas and viewpoints.

Tell us a little bit about your role at Lionbridge :

I am responsible for the development and execution of Lionbridge’s technology strategy to support our global businesses.

What does a typical workday look like for you?

There is no typical day in the Technology department as there is always a crisis in some part of the world that needs attention. I am normally an early starter and after my first and only double espresso for the day I tend to talk to my team about issues activities for the day, participate in various project reviews and engage in follow up meetings and calls with different members of John’s extended management team. Managing a large geographically diverse group, I do try and take time every week to reach out to different members of the Technology team and get unfiltered views on what is going on.
