Timelines can vary based on the complexity, scale, criteria for success, and the state of your existing processes. Onboarding can take anything from a few minutes to a longer-term engagement, but we’re committed to providing a fast, seamless, and friendly experience for you and your teams.
Though timelines vary, we’re able to accommodate urgent requests in parallel with the onboarding process. If you have a tight deadline, let your onboarding manager know at the time of your agreement, and we’ll make it happen.
STAⁱRT Onboarding is free of charge. Lionbridge believes in delivering exceptional service by default – we invest in this experience so you can feel at home from the start. Some custom and/or complex solutions may require your time and availability. You’ll need contacts and team members to work closely with the STAⁱRT Onboarding team. Help us help you by being present.
If necessary, a STAⁱRT Onboarding Manager will be assigned based on expertise, time zone, and language to best fit your needs.
