As President, Ed oversees Lionbridge AI, corporate strategy, and product management. He is responsible for leveraging our advanced AI training data platform, along with our million-strong Smart Crowd™, to help customers develop the next generation of artificial intelligence solutions.  

Prior to joining Lionbridge, Ed was the Executive Vice President of Merchant Services Americas at American Express, where he transformed credit card acceptance across 19 countries by launching new business offerings and products to drive record revenue growth and customer satisfaction. He has held numerous senior leadership roles throughout his career, including Global Head of Product Management and Development for Thomson Reuters, cofounder of ZEFER, and various management consulting positions.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
