Interpretation Services: Case Study
One of our clients is a U.S. government agency responsible for tax collection and law enforcement. Realizing how important it is to for a customer to get accurate, timely information in his/her own language, this client wanted to set up a telephonic interpretation program for their customer helpline.
We have extensive experience in setting up translation and interpretation services for clients around the world. So our program management worked closely with the client to establish workflows and provide user access for over 13,000 individual call center agents. They also prepared our interpreters to handle these information-sensitive calls.
For this particular client, we have provided services for over 800,000 minutes of interpretation in 55 languages. Our interpretation services are critical to the client’s ability to communicate with limited English proficiency customers.
